Unless you request otherwise your name
will be listed on our donors page under
the level of sponsorship you choose. It
is our way of recognizing your generous
contribution to our cause.

Sponsors may select the community that is to receive
their gift of a police canine, equipment and training
Vehicle Donations
You may choose to donate a
vehicle to us through the
Vehicle Donation Processing Center. Your vehicle
will be picked up at your door, sold and the proceeds
will be forwarded to our Foundation.
A Bequest
You may find the bequest to
be an excellent method of making a meaningful gift to
the Penny Harris Foundation. You can realize the
personal satisfaction that comes from knowing that your
gift will permit the Penny Harris Foundation to continue
its standard of excellence and ensure communities will
continue to enjoy the special security provided by a
highly trained police canine. For the purposes of a
bequest, our legal name and address should be used. They

Memorial Donations
Losing a canine partner is
a difficult, heart wrenching experience. It affects not
only the handler but all those who were close to the
team. Please consider a special tribute to your canine
partner by requesting that those close to you make a
donation in your partner’s name. In this way the spirit
of the bond you shared will live on in the birth of a
new police canine team. At your request we will set up a
memorial page where people can leave messages of
condolence and support.
Your Financial, Tax and Legal Advisors
The Penny Harris Foundation
accepts other planned gifts that may have tax advantages
to you and your loved ones. Each donor's financial, tax
and estate planning situation is unique. Also, tax laws
can change at any time. So, while the Penny Harris
Foundation can suggest some ideas about typical donation
methods, we cannot suggest which method would be best
for you or provide tax or estate planning advice. Please
consult with your financial, tax and legal advisors to
determine which of these types of gifts would be
suitable for you.

Sponsorship Advertising
If you run a Canine related
business or a local non-canine related business you may
wish to consider advertising on our sponsorship page.
For a sponsor ship fee of $300.00 you will be entitled
to the following 460 x 60 pixel banner
All ads provide a direct
link to your website, allowing visitors to click on the
banner and be taken directly to your site. All ads, in
addition to being placed in our banner rotation, are
placed on the Sponsorship page. Banner Ads are
approximately 460 x 60 pixels. Advertisers may submit
their own banner ads or let us create one for you!
Sponsor a specific agency
The Penny Harris Foundation
is a grass roots effort. It was founded on the principal
that, as individuals, we can make a collective
difference. Community support is at the core of ability
to serve. We encourage and applaud community involvement
in our fund raising initiatives. If you wish to raise
money locally for a specific team we will set up a
separate donation page specific to that team. Here, in
addition to a donation you may leave words of
encouragement and support. All money that you raise will
go toward the training and support of that specific
team. Community supported teams will also be placed in
the next available class.
Donations of equipment and supplies
The Foundation accepts
donations of equipment from both private and commercial
sources. We accept donations of new and used (in good
condition) equipment. Some common items include crates,
kennel fencing, food and water bowls etc. We are looking
for donations of wood and other building materials to
construct our agility courses and other training areas.
We are eager to serve as a testing ground for new and
innovative training and K-9 related products. Please
contact us if you wish to field test any new K-9 related
equipment. Please check our

Donations of Services
We are seeking a network of
veterinarians and groomers who are willing to donate
services and medical related materials to assist us in
accomplishing our mission. Please contact us if you are
willing to assist us. In return we will promote your
