Our Training
Training Philosophy
The training methods
used by the Penny Harris Foundation are based on an
in depth and thorough knowledge of scientific
principal, behavioral law and learning dynamics. As
such, our methods are not mired in the myth and
misconceptions that hobble some police canine
training programs. We celebrate the human-animal
bond and use clear, concise communication to build
complex behaviors to high degrees of reliability.
Communication, not domination is the key to our
success.
